According to recent statistics, the number of apartments to be built in the Czech Republic in the first half of 2011 fell by 23% to 14,296 units compared to last year. According to data of Czech Statistical Department the number of already handed apartments fell by 6% to 16 120 pieces. In Prague at the first half of this year only 1410 flats begun to built, which is significantly smaller figure in comparison with the previous term – reduction is 46%! The value of Prague already handed flats at the same period decreased by 17% to 3308 apartments. On this background it is very surprising look the information of some local real estate companies, which shows completely different values.
