In his view, the situation could improve only in the construction of apartment buildings, but in general the forecast is very pessimistic.

We hope that at 2012 at least stop the decline. It depends on the formation of the budget and government action to stabilize in this area. On the contrary, the local industry in May showed significant growth – 15.2% (growth in April was 4.7% compared to the same last year period). This rate has exceeded the most optimistic expectations, especially in the automotive industry. Although demand indicators remain at low levels and macroeconomic inhibits the growth. For example, the German industry, the most powerful customer of Czech products, has a slowdown now, and as a result, may adversely affect to the Czech economic performance. Given the above, economists expect an average annual increase of 8.5%.
