The interest in small, modern commercial storehouses that is going to be easily accessible for urban residents on the Czech real estate market is currently growing. Located near the city centre with good transport accessibility, allowing not only the company’s representatives easily access facility but also its business partners and clients.

The concept combines the above mentioned features and has a great demand mainly in Western Europe. However, in the Czech Republic as well it is slowly developing. The major project conceptual project, for now is Business Park in Letňany, which is expected to consist of five buildings. Project involves about 26 000 square meters of space for lease area from 150 m2 to 1500 m2.
